Instructions for Full Paper Submission

To upload your full paper we would like to ask you to download the ZIP FILE (Nicom3_Instructions.zip). Please, unzip this file into a single folder at your computer. Follow instructions given at "Nicom3_Instructions_for_Authors_and_template.doc". Rename and save this file as yourname.doc and use it as a template for your paper. Please package all required files into a single archive (ZIP) and submit your contribution to the conference via the Full Paper Upload button on this website. We would appreciate if the complete ZIP file will not exceed 15 MB. The upload procedure is the same as the previous upload of your abstracts under the same identification code.
