| Registration is possible on-line or by sending in the registration form by mail or fax. 1. For on-line registration you can fill out the electronic registration form. 2. Alternatively: you can mail or fax the completed registration form to the conference secretariat. The conference Web site is SSL certified (Thawte certificate) so it is safe for your personal and credit card data. To qualify for the discounted advanced registration fee, completed registration form (including payment) must be received by February 15, 2009 at the symposium secretariat. A receipt will be mailed to those who have forwarded the registration fee, as confirmation of registration. Registration forms received without appropriate remittance will not be accepted as an early registration. | |||||||||

Registration fee covers free access to the scientific sessions, welcome party, refreshment at the breaks and lunch on April 24, 2009. Registration fee for accompanying persons covers the free access to the welcome party. | |||||||||

| Cancellation of Registration and Refund Policy: | |||||||||
| Requests for refunds must be sent in writing to the symposium secretariat. There will be a charge in the amount of 20 EUR for cancellations prior to April 15, 2009. After April 15, 2009, no refunds can be made but the complete documentation will be sent to the address of the delegate. |
