ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation for participants has been reserved at hotels of several categories. The main capacity is reserved at the Conference Venue - hotel Pyramida. Kindly note that all capacities are limited and all requests will be considered in order of receipt. Requests received after March 15, 2007 are possible and will be confirmed only within possibilities left. After the deadline we kindly ask you to indicate your second choice in the Accommodation form.

Reservation: To book accommodation, a completed Accommodation form should be sent by mail or by fax to Conference Partners Prague Ltd. On-line reservation is available. Inscription of your credit card data through the internet is SSL certified (Thawte Certificate).

Hotel Deposits: Reservation will be guaranteed only after receipt of the first night deposit. The balance of hotel account should be covered until March 15, 2007.

Cancellation Fees: Any cancellation must be notified in writing to Conference Partners Prague Ltd. The payment of accommodation will be refunded in accordance with the following cancellation fees: Cancellation within 59 – 30 days prior to arrival:   30 % of the whole booking value Cancellation within 29 – 15 days prior to arrival:   80 % of the whole booking value Cancellation within 14 –   0 days prior to arrival: 100 % of the whole booking value

Confirmation of Reservation: Your booking will be confirmed upon the receipt of your Accommodation form and the hotel deposit. The hotel voucher will be sent as PDF document by email after receipt of the total amount. Reservation changes should be made directly to Conference Partners Prague Ltd. and NOT to the hotels.

Prices and VAT The prices indicated in the Accommodation form are based on Czech Crowns (CZK) and are per one room and one night, including breakfast, VAT and city fees. In case of exchange rate changes by more than 5% Conference Partners Prague Ltd. has the right to modify prices.

If you could not find in the present offer any favourite accommodation do not hesitate to contact Conference Partners Prague Ltd. for individual offers.

Kindly note that all capacities for student residences are now on waiting list and will be confirmed by the reservation office of the Charles University in March or April 2007. Until that time kindly contact Conference Partners Prague Ltd. for individual alternative ad hoc offers.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Hotel Diplomat ****   Evropská 15, Prague 6 General information: modern building situated at the metro and tram station Dejvicka next to the Prague Castle. Hotel features: fitness centre, beauty salon, sauna, solarium, night club, choice of good restaurants and air-conditioning. Room equipment: bathroom with hair-dryer, direct telephone line, satellite TV, radio and minibar. Three floors are reserved for non-smokers. Specially equipped room for the disabled is also available. Connection to the Conference venue: approx. 10 minutes by tram, tram station in the front of the hotel.

Hotel Questenberk ****   Úvoz 15, Prague 1 General information: renovated historical building next to the Prague Castle. Hotel features: coffee-bar, restaurant, 24-hour reception services. Room equipment: bathroom, minibar, telephone, PCconnection, TV-set, safe. Connection to the Conference venue: approx. 7 min. walk to the Hotel Pyramida.

Hotel Pyramida **** Bělohorská 24, Prague 6 - CONFERENCE VENUE The Hotel Pyramida can be found in a quiet part of Prague next to one of the main monuments – the Prague Castle. With an extremely advantageous position and various kinds of services, it is suitable for both businessmen and travellers. Hotel features: comfortable well equipped rooms according to the international **** standard, hotel lounge with bar, 2 restaurants, exchange office, gift shop, florist, beauty salon, fitness centre with swimming pool, sauna, solarium. Room equipment: bathroom, direct dial telephone, satelite TV, radio and minibar.

Pension Denisa ***   Národní obrany 33, Prague 6 A modern, well equipped hotel is situated in the district Dejvice. Hotel features: 37 spacious rooms, reception with 24 hours assistance. Room equipment: bathroom with tub, WC, satellite TV, refrigerator, telephone, tea and coffee making facilities. Other information: safe parking available in underground garages nearby (subject to additional charge). The hotel provides a full range of supplementary tourist services such as currency exchange or transfer arrangements. Continental breakfasts are served to the rooms. Connection to the Conference venue: approx. 12 minutes by tram.

Student Residence Na Větrníku ** Na Větrníku 1932, Prague 6 and Student Residence Hvězda **, Zvoníčkova 5, Prague 6 This student residences belong to Charles University and are positioned next to each other in Prague 6 - Petřiny. Due to the actualisation of the accommodation office of the Charles University the guests will be accommodated in single or double rooms; bath and WC are on each floor. It is not possible to book breakfast. Connection to the Conference venue: approx. 15 minutes by tram.
