Accommodation for participants has been reserved at hotels, pensions or student residences of several categories. Kindly note that all capacities are limited and all requests will be considered in order of receipt. We kindly ask you to indicate your second choice in the accommodation form. Requests received after June 23, 2010 will be confirmed only within possibilities left. If the announced capacities will be sold out you will receive alternative offers individually.
Reservation
You can book accommodation directly via On-line reservation form (after completing registration and receiving your account number). Alternatively, you can use a hard-copy accommodation form and send it by mail or by fax to Conference Administration: zein@conferencepartners.cz. A default version of the accommodation form considers three categories: single room, double room (i.e. complete occupancy of a double room) and a single bed in double room. With the on-line form you can book more neighboring rooms at once. You can also prolong your stay and book accommodation also for days prior or after the Conference. In case of other non-standard preferences we recommend to specify your wishes by email directly to the Conference Administration: zein@conferencepartners.cz.
Hotel Deposits
You can pay for accommodation immediately at time of registration, alternatively you can postpone the payment until June 23, 2010. Of course, the reservation will be guaranteed only after receipt of the first night deposit. In other words, with aid of the same Accommodation form (at the "My Account" menu) you can pay at two separate steps: first, a one night hotel deposit, second, the rest of the total amount.
Cancellation Fees:
Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the Conference Administration (zein@conferencepartners.cz). The payment of accommodation will be refunded in accordance with the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation within 59 – 30 days prior to arrival: 30 % of the whole booking value
Cancellation within 29 – 15 days prior to arrival: 80 % of the whole booking value
Cancellation within 14 – 0 days prior to arrival: 100% of the whole booking value
Confirmation of Reservation:
Your booking will be confirmed upon the receipt of your accommodation form and the hotel deposit. The hotel voucher will be sent by email after receipt of the total amount. Reservation changes should be made directly to the Conference Administration (zein@conferencepartners.cz) and NOT to the hotels.
Prices and VAT
The prices indicated in the accommodation form are per room and night, including breakfast and VAT. All prices are based on prices in CZK, in case of exchange rate changes by more than 5% Conference Partners Prague Ltd. has the right to modify prices.
If you want to make reservation on your own, please be aware that hotels in Prague often post internet prices without VAT, breakfast, and the City Tax, which together are substantial amounts. Hotels often use variable pricing during the season and prices might change dramatically. Sometimes internet agencies offer low prices without having the rooms reserved, or they reserve rooms in different area of the city.
FOR EUROPEAN UNION citizens: Participants are obliged to indicate in the accommodation and tours forms the VAT number if the payment is made by a company or institution.

This student residence belongs to Czech University of Agriculture Prague and is located next to the conference venue. The residence offers two different accommodation levels. One hotel part with rooms with own bath and toilete and one student part with apartments where every two rooms share bath, WC and kitchnette. Breakfast for boths parts is served in a close building in the university area. Connection to the conference venue: approx. 3 minutes walk. |
