HOW TO REGISTER   Dear Colleagues, We have the pleasure to submit the final information on registration, accommodation and payment for participants of the B26 End of Action Meeting on Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Meeting venue: The meeting will be held June 25 - 27, 2010 in the President Hotel Prague, Nam. Curieovych 100, Prague 1. How to register and confirm booking of accommodation: To confirm your registration and request for accommodation, please download here and fill in the Reservation form and forward it by June 4, 2010 to the attention of Ms. Zuzana Neumannova, event coordinator of the President Hotel Prague (events@hotelpresident.cz). Copy of the form please send to the attention of Ms. Helena Lonekova (conference@conference.cz). Payments: Participants are expected to pay in the Prague Hotel President the following: 1. accommodation costs (120 EUR/night for single room or 130 EUR/night for double room) . 2. contribution for the other costs of the meeting (beverage, drinks, social events etc.) in the amount of 40 EUR/day This amount you pay only for the meeting days, not for days of your eventual private stay in Prague. These two costs will be fully reimbursed by the COST. In the Reservation form you can order (for your own responsibility) other optional hotel services (transport from the airport, parking).
